Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
If you can sign into the app, this is the recommended path. Deletion is immediate and runs on your device:
Open Scoranza on your Android device.
Sign in if you are signed out.
Tap Menu → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account, predictions, World Cup picks, challenges, coin balance, and notification subscriptions are removed permanently.
Option 2 — Request deletion via this form
Use this option only if you cannot access the in-app deletion path (e.g., you have lost access to your Google account, or have already uninstalled the app). We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: account credentials, profile (display name, avatar, fan identity), all predictions, World Cup picks, coin balance and transaction history, friend list, push-notification subscriptions, referral records linked to your account.
What is retained briefly: challenge records visible to other users (your name is replaced with an anonymous placeholder); audit logs containing only your opaque user ID for up to 12 months for fraud detection; backups for up to 90 days, after which they are purged.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens next
You will receive a verification email at the address you provided, usually within 2 business days.
Once you confirm, we delete the account and reply with confirmation.
The total turnaround is 30 days at the latest, in line with GDPR Art. 12(3) and CCPA / PDPL equivalents.

الخيار ٢ — تقديم الطلب عبر هذا النموذج
استخدم هذا الخيار فقط إذا تعذر عليك الحذف من داخل التطبيق (مثلاً فقدان الوصول إلى حساب Google أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق). سنتحقق من هويتك ونعالج الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
ما الذي سيُحذف: بيانات الحساب، الملف الشخصي، جميع التوقعات، اختيارات كأس العالم، رصيد العملات وسجل المعاملات، قائمة الأصدقاء، اشتراكات الإشعارات، سجلات الإحالة.
ما يُحتفظ به مؤقتاً: سجلات التحديات المرئية لمستخدمين آخرين (يُستبدل اسمك بمعرّف مجهول)؛ سجلات تدقيق تحوي معرّفك المبهم فقط لمدة تصل إلى ١٢ شهراً لمنع الاحتيال؛ النسخ الاحتياطية لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوماً.
هذا الإجراء دائم ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
